Audiologists
Overview
Assess and treat persons with hearing and related disorders. May fit hearing aids and provide auditory training. May perform research related to hearing problems.
What do they do?
Audiologists diagnose, manage, and treat a patient’s hearing, balance, or ear problems.
How to become one
Obtain a Bachelors in any field after which achieving a doctoral degree in audiology (AudD) which is a four-year graduate program.
